Ovarian Breathing

Hello  sexy ones!  What do you want to learn from me today?  Do you have a choice when you're in my school of Tantra?  Sure you do!  You can learn whatever the hell you want to know about the wonderful world of pleasure and sexual energy.  But how come we’re not taught about those pleasurable energies from the school we once knew?  During sex ed class; I can't remember the teacher telling us that the most potent magical elixir in the female body is her ovaries?  How come it took me until I was free to explore the truth and traveling to distant parts of my mind, that the secrets of that elixir lay right under my belly button, in my own body.  Hidden within that precious seemingly insignificant little tummy of mine, is the official residence of the grandeur ovarian palace.

Today, I need to discuss some rather important exercises for stimulating the sexual energy, and this one is particularly for women; but you guys checking in this week will benefit from the episode too!  As I've mentioned before; we want to cultivate female sexual energy for the sake of this planet we live on.  This exercise is more meditative than physical, and it involves moving energy from the ovaries to the ovarian palace, carrying a high degree of importance in the area where the uterus is.  So, you men out there; in order to focus on the correct areas for this exercise, you first need to find the ovarian palace; don't worry, I know you wanna learn, don't you; you willing and ready students?  And you ladies also need to pinpoint your own as well, if you don't already know where she rests.   And you guys are not going to be diggin around inside the Yoni to do that either, so get over it!

Take a look at the image I sent in this article today.  You can find the ovarian palace by placing your hands, with your palms down, on the lower part of your partners abdomen.  Your thumbs should be touching right over your lovely ones belly button.  By touching your two pointer fingers together to make a triangle, TADA!!!!!  You've found the location of your beauties ovarian palace.  Good job! Those little jewels are nested just beneath your ring and little fingers; so pay attention at where your hands are hombres!  What you're gonna do next is, gently rub the areas where her ovaries are with your fingers.  Breath in and out together through your noses and visualize the energy building up in the ovaries.  They'll start to feel veryyyyy warm.  Your next great chore guys is to place your hands in the same position, visualize the energy from the ovaries moving into the ovarian palace (that is from where your little fingers are, to where your pointer fingers are).  Check out the picture for homework!

As a companion to this movement; ladies, you're going to breath and gently contract and relax your PC muscles.  Those are the muscles of your pelvic floor, used to control the flow of urine, and you also used them when you gave birth; well at least you should have!   We people who practice the lifestyle of Sexual Taoism; call this the chi muscle.  You should experience a delicate opening and closing of your Yoni entrance with these contractions; tell your partner when you do ladies; it's called COMMUNICATION!  When you're contracting the muscles, I want you to inhale, to pull the energy from your ovarian palace to the base of your pelvis, and then, relaxing them on the exhale.  This is going to send the energy up along the back of your spine to the tip top of your knoggin!  So when you're doing this; try to visualize the energy moving.

You and your partner should be doing this exercise once a day for about five or ten minutes.  Each woman is a different platform; experiencing different sensations and different build ups of energy, at very different speeds.  It's important to rhythm this exercise no longer than 10 minutes; in order to give your sexy partner the highest ovarian energy and exquisite ovarian health.

Alright, if today's above message wasn’t enough incentive to start practicing ovarian breathing TOGETHER,  then there's a study by the Alzheimer's Association; stating that a lack of female sexual hormones going to the brain to stimulate and activate the brain after menopause, IS one cause of Alzheimer's disease.  So let's get our sh......t together; we don't want to forget where our Yoni's are!

Ok you great students of the week; nice of you to attend class today.  Enjoy your turkey weekend and give thanks to the abundance that we all have!
See next week!

The Facilitator

Hey you obligated human beings!  How was your week?  Today my opinion maybe an unpopular one; but it's not just an opinion followers; it's the grounded truth!  So what's that truth?  I want to reveal many truths, but for starters, your orgasms are your own responsibility.  Listen, I've never understood this concept that our lovers are supposed to give us an orgasm, like a present in a nicely wrapped up box, and that if they don't, they're a crappy lover.  Lies, lies and more lies!

Back in the earlier times of my sexual explorations; I was a late bloomer when it came to sharing my orgasm with another person, though I took to masturbation like a real natural.  I didn't have a ton of friends, and certainly no boyfriends as a pre-teen, but I had a good time with my five fingered friend, the faucet insert of the bathtub, the back of my hairbrush, the flexible massager that connected to the shower head and the jet outlets of our family swimming pool!  You get the idea; I was taking ownership of my sexual pleasure right away!

How many of us have had those times when we're having sex, and one of you is trying to get the other person to orgasm but it just isn't working, and you just want to stop, but you don't want to be selfish (or make the other person feel bad), so you keep going when both of you would rather be curled up watching some movie and finishing that bottle of wine? Things can peter out in a frustrating way; which then leads to soreness in your genitals and annoyance for a better word.  Women can fake it, or men can raise an issue, but either way, both parties can take things into their own hands, so to speak.

Don't get me wrong, I love to give pleasure, and certainly love to receive it.  My adoration for engaging in a really serious talk to my partners lingam until he's rock hard; then slipping it in until he has an orgasm, sends waves of pleasure through my spine; but I'm not responsible for his pleasure; only mine!  Which is why I take control and jump right on him.  You have to shift your mindset again here; orgasms aren't even the sole point of sex.  You have to know this by now!  But honestly, sometimes we do just want to explode into a sea of ecstasy and squirm and tumble all over the bed (or the kitchen counter ), and it's not going to happen unless you take the reins.

At those times, ask your lover, in your sexiest voice, if he'd like to see you make yourself come.  Throw in a brag if you want, about how you can do it in a minute or less.  I've never heard of anyone saying no to that proposal; have you? Nor have I heard anyone seem disappointed in the offer.  And since you know exactly ( or should by now )  how to touch yourself; I'm 95% sure that you will be successful.  He feels good watching you pleasure yourself, you feel good.  What's not to like?

It's the world's greatest thing if we have lovers who can play our bodies like finely tuned guitars and who know exactly what we want when we want it.  This happens, but while we're all looking for one of these rarities, I'd prefer to thoroughly enjoy the person I'm with, knowing that if one of us doesn't have an orgasm, then that's OK.  And if one of you sexy people wants to have one but you're sensing the orgasm just isn't gonna happen during your sexy parts rubbing up against one another; then know that you have fingers that can make it happen (or toys as a last resort ), which makes that a sexy part of your time together.  No fights, no disappointment, and no resentment, just toe curling, yodel inducing pleasure.

So who are the other 5% you're thinking?  Those are the ones who expect someone else to do the deed for them, and take the other person for granted.  They are the ones that don't know their bodies completely.  They have no voice; and carry no element of sexual responsibility.  Your sexual partner is a facilitator, nothing else!

Anyway, there is more coming as you must know!  Enjoy your weekend and this great Fall weather.
