first of all you MUST eliminate old, useless emotions and bring in NEW,
healthy perceptions. Have you ever tried to LOVE someone, BUT, you
could see their pathetic walls around them, OR, were they more like FORT
KNOX? Did you sense them not letting you in; then you sneaked a peak
through the key hole and spotted a little person trapped inside? OR,
maybe you've felt somebody trying to LOVE to you, BUT, you pressed the
pause button. OR, just blocked them dead in their tracks altogether? Lol!
That's me, and I'm not ashamed to admit it either! Don't be shy people;
this is silly, BUT, normal human goings on! It's what we call the
Siberian heart. Brrrrrrrrrrr, and it's colder than hell itself!
Sometimes it gets SOOOO F****** bleak, that it's numbing and we can't feel much of anything at all. No passion, zilch excitement, AND, of course, ZERO real moments ever accumulate to even start thinking about the one and only healing activity, SEX! Not only does the thermal reading sever you from other people; it isolates you from yourself, making LOVING and giving a soft spot for yourself, easier said than rendered.
So, how do we go about shattering the ice chest? Welllllll, the foundation of healing that I kick off with my seekers, is to have them get the knack of feeling and expressing themselves in a non judgmental, UNCONDITIONAL environment; where they know a retort will NOT develop from me; unless of course they WANT feedback. It's like a "Dear Diary" approach; verbally writing down hidden secrets, passions, desires, needs, dislikes and hurts, without the page talking back to ya!
Look people, ALL those old emotions, and ALL that old energy, demands release! This my sexy group of followers, IS the beginning phase of defrosting hearts! I willingly give MY own two gentle warm hands to my seekers and I journey with them through the slippery, nippy, vulnerable, BUT not a collision course of glaciers. Things that have never been said, tears that probably have never been cried, AND anger about things that hissy fits have nothing to do with, come flying out like ice harpoons! It's unbelievable, BUT, a mandatory element for healing BULL SHIT!
Seriously second on the list here? My seekers need to let new LOVE in; which is where I step in and reach out with my natural ability to deliver UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! I see it time and time again; the brand spanking new blossoms of growth, in a place that was soooo frosted over with doom and gloom. What I'm saying here is this lovelies! Having the OPPORTUNITY, to be able to express the inwardness of what UNCONDITIONAL LOVE really feels like in a sacred safe space; IS the first step toward attracting that vibration AND allowing it, into one's own life! Like are you kidding me? If I experienced a pounding heart warming that sent me to a place I've never been before and I didn't want to leave, then back again; you better F****** believe I'd be on the path to restoration indeed! The human race as we know it, NEEDS to melt down the Goddess damn iceberg around their hearts, because the more we do, the easier it will be for us to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
I've spent my WHOLE (and will continue to) career developing powerful and effective techniques as an ice breaker to bust through arctic walls surrounding what I find out to be; simply radiant, fascinating human beings! I'm tellin ya; I've never seen such frigidity in so many people, FOR REAL, BUT, I BREAK THROUGH! Listen, ENORMOUS (which is what this MUST be) human LOVE requires stupendous courage. It DEMANDS US to push past the idiotic fears that keep US unnecessarily protected and invulnerable to an intimate lifestyle for HEALING!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE insists on showing US every place in our being that IS selfish, AND, strong willed, along with EVERY DAMN THING in between. BUT, the reward IS without a doubt, gonna transcendent the human race! WE need to be perfectly honest with ourselves about ALL old negative emotions, damage and despairs that STILL hold US back, blocking happiness; especially with the world right now! Then, and ONLY then, will WE begin to learn, develop and practise new vibrantly alive emotions of openness, honesty, caring and integrity with our sisters and brothers. AND??? You can forget about thinkin that I don't have access to your cold storage people; because I DO!!!! I'm here, AND , I know how to throw your friggin ASSESS in the microwave so I can press the defrost button. We're not living in an ice age anymore you heart thawing lovelies!!!!
