Hi sexy ones!  How was your week?  Do you know yourself sexually enough to drawn a line with your limitations, sexually?  Say what; someone's overstepped your border crossing without checking in with you first?  If you've drawn the line where the boundary rests; and someone snuck in without permission; shame on them and they need to know it's not a f.....ing border crossing, thinking that they'll eventually get into your territory!

Sexual boundaries include boundaries about your sexual preferences, your body, who touches you intimately; and a HUGE one here; (how they touch you), comments that are sexual in nature, what your level of comfortability is with sexual behaviors, and how comfortable you feel touching others.  Boundaries are commonly an issue amongst those who have experienced intrusions at an early age; and didn't know any better.  What this means is, you're unable to form healthy boundaries within your adult  sexual connections and even your personal relationships; because you had no idea that you could.  It's like being a frggin door matt; wipe your feet on me and come on in!

You sexy people out there who weren't given adequate boundary development in early childhood while growing up, haven't been given the opportunity to establish your physical, emotional or biggy.....sexual boundaries and may need to develop adequate limits first; before the union of simple intimacy.  Sexual boundary intrusions can be as simple as being coerced (meaning; asked over and over again) into trying a sexual activity when you have already display the friggin sign (prohibited area!).  Look, this is only one aspect of a sexual boundary being pushed.   Some other examples include; someone indirectly making sexual hints or comments that feel inappropriate, uncomfortable, or disrespectful.

If you find your sexual boundaries being pushed; it's important that you learn ways to set stronger, healthier, and respectable boundaries with the person you connect with during an intimate sexual experience.   If you find yourself hearing the nagging sounds of a sexual partner saying; come on, you let me come through the border the last time; then tell them that you allowed them to come through, yes; but your sexual energy has  shifted this time, and that my friends, is a boundary that has adjusted according to your comfort level in the moment.  Like daaaaa; this is Tantra people!  Your body is your space and you must be in tune with your energy shifts, which always surface as boundaries; in any given circumstance.

As a professional, I guide seekers to learn how to understand what boundaries actually are; because believe it or not, there are some people out there who don't know diddly squat; believing they shouldn't exist during an intimate connection. That's BULL  SH......T and you better know it!  With all the flippin hype out there allowing us to explore more sexually, it's becoming a tad bit over rated, making us feel like we have to push our boundaries for others accommodations.  Learning to explore how to safely push the boundaries and cross borders, so you can explore sexuality when it's comfortable, can change your boundary outlook; but that only happens with border crossing patrol!  Listen, if you feel uncomfortable with something, or if you're being pushed past your limits, your boundaries are being disrespected!  Learning how to honour yourself IS key to being an emotionally healthy sexy person; and you'll attract what you need sexually.

Until the next time; enjoy your Labour Day weekend!
